Information is used to quote, schedule, dispatch, confirm, support, and complete transportation services. It may also be used to contact customers about ride details, changes, refunds, or customer service issues.

Sharing

Trip information may be shared with dispatch staff, chauffeurs, payment processors, and service providers only as needed to operate the ride and support the customer.

Retention

Booking and inquiry records may be retained for operations, customer support, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
