Cancellation
Standard rides may be cancelled up to 24 hours before pickup. Late cancellations and no-shows may be non-refundable because the vehicle and chauffeur are reserved.
Wait time
Airport pickups include reasonable arrival-time coordination. Extra waiting, added stops, or route changes may add billable time after dispatch confirmation.
Overtime
Hourly service is billed at $150 per started hour per vehicle. Time beyond the reserved window is charged in started-hour increments when available.
Vehicle fit
Luxury sedans carry up to 3 passengers, luxury SUVs up to 6, and party or executive buses up to 12. Larger groups require enough vehicles for the passenger count.
Payment
All rides are paid through secure Stripe checkout. Payment confirms the request; dispatch follows up to confirm vehicle availability and exact operational details.
Refunds
Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Processing timing depends on Stripe and the customer bank or card issuer.
