Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations
Standard rides may be cancelled up to 24 hours before pickup for refund review. Late cancellations, no-shows, and same-day cancellations may be non-refundable because the chauffeur and vehicle have been reserved.
Availability issues
If Empire Executive Limo cannot confirm a suitable vehicle for a paid request, dispatch will contact the customer to offer an alternative vehicle, alternate timing, or an approved refund.
Overtime and changes
Hourly service and route service are billed at $150 per started hour per vehicle. Extra waiting, added stops, route changes, or overtime may be charged separately when available.
Refund processing
Approved refunds return to the original payment method through Stripe. Bank and card issuer processing time may vary after the refund is issued.
How to request a refund
Contact dispatch at bookings@empireexecutivelimo.com or 323-470-1958 with the customer name, ride date, pickup location, and payment reference if available.
