Service
Empire Executive Limo provides chauffeur transportation for point-to-point rides, airport transfers, corporate travel, hourly service, weddings, private events, party bus service, and executive group transportation.
Reservations and payment
All online reservations must be paid through the website checkout. Payment confirms the ride request. Dispatch will review the trip details and confirm final vehicle availability, pickup timing, and operational details after payment.
Pricing
Service starts at $150 per hour per vehicle with a one-hour minimum. Point-to-point pricing includes driver travel from the Hollywood base at 1231 N Las Palmas Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90038 to the pickup location, then pickup to drop-off. Time is billed in started-hour increments.
Vehicle capacity
Luxury sedans carry up to 3 passengers, luxury SUVs carry up to 6 passengers, and party or executive buses carry up to 12 passengers. Larger groups require enough vehicles for the passenger count and luggage.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for entering accurate pickup, drop-off, date, time, passenger, luggage, and contact information. Added stops, route changes, extra waiting, overtime, cleaning, tolls, parking, or special event requirements may create additional charges.
Availability
Vehicle availability is not guaranteed until dispatch confirms the reservation. If a requested vehicle is unavailable, dispatch may offer a suitable alternative or issue an approved refund.
